At Tait Digital, everything I do follows a principle borrowed from aerospace engineer Kelly Johnson: “Keep it simple, stupid.”
Technology should make life easier, not more complicated. Yet for many small businesses, IT systems, websites, and online tools end up doing the opposite, creating confusion, wasted time, and unnecessary costs.
That’s why I started Tait Digital: to bring clarity back to technology. I help business owners simplify, modernise, and protect their digital world, so they can focus on running their business, not managing their IT.
I’m based in beautiful East Sussex, working with clients locally and across the UK. Most projects are delivered remotely, but I’m always happy to meet in person and discuss your needs.
Who Am I?
I’m Andrew Tait, founder of Tait Digital, where I help small and growing businesses make technology simpler, safer, and more effective.
Before launching my consultancy, I spent over twenty years leading IT strategy, digital transformation, and cybersecurity across international organisations. I’ve always enjoyed bridging the gap between business and technology, helping teams turn complex challenges into clear, practical solutions that deliver real results.
My approach combines strategic direction with hands-on delivery. I’ve built and mentored global teams, guided major investment decisions, and worked closely with business leaders to align technology with their goals.
Today, I bring that same experience to smaller businesses that want clarity, confidence, and a professional digital presence — without the cost or complexity of traditional IT services.
I hold professional certifications in IT service management, project delivery, and data protection, and I’m a Member of the British Computer Society.
